BATTLE STILL RAGES ON IN NIGERIA.

I guess Yaradua , the president of Nigeria, is trying to send a strong message to the so called "Nigerian Taliban" . He just ordered troops to bomb out the home of their leader. Much as i detest the shedding of blood, i think this is an appropriate action. A strong message needs to be sent out to wannabe talibans, that violence against the state is absolutely unacceptable. I mean even the position of this islamic group is ridiculous. just a bunch of unstable individuals.

video of yaradua press conference.

Once again the islamist in Northern Nigeria have gone on a rampage. 32 people reportedly killed.

I'm really starting to get sick and tired of these dummies. Not a year goes by without some kind of ethnic or religious confrontation flaring up in Northern Nigeria. the BBC is reporting that some pro sharia group attacked a police station in bauchi state. apparently dozens have been killed already.

Young African learns that America is not the paradise that

most of us Africans think it is. Reminds me of myself years ago, when i was just about to the come over to the U.S. Had my head filled with all kinds of glamorous ideas fueled by shows like the cosby show and fresh prince of bell air. I soon found out that life in America for most aint glamourous. I very quickly became acquainted with the drudgery of factory work, the heat of the mcdonalds kitchen and the workings of the mop. Very far from glamorous thats for sure.
